Nature house in Chapeau

Hello and welcome to our little piece of paradise. 12 km from the PAL, animal park and attractions, back to basics, quiet, a fisherman's cottage on the edge of a 1.8 Ha pond in a fully enclosed 2.5 Ha property with multi-oak trees centenarians. A nature house located on the edge of the forest, beautiful walks with a castle and herds of deer await you. Rejuvenate, everything you see over 1000 years old ... NB: Everything is in the same room (beds, living room, kitchen area, shower, ...) The chalet has a large room of 40 m² and a large covered terrace of 25 m² just by the pond. Everything works on gas (caravanning type fridge, gas stove, bath heater for the shower and sink) and electricity is supplied by a generator. The WC is exterior attached to the chalet.

The carp fishing activity must also be paid upon arrival: € 20 per fisherman and per day reserved. You also have a boat available. The pond is classified as closed water, no need for a fishing license and you can do night sessions, it is completely private. It is of course no kill fishing. An alley goes around the edge of the pond which is accessible from everywhere. Isolated on the edge of the forest but with a very good inn 2 km away, the Saint Hubert, with an excellent menu, a village with a mini-market, a bakery, a restaurant, a super butcher (only super quality, competition animals), a tobacconist and La Poste at 4 km, and Moulins with its hypermarkets and excellent fishing shops 15 km away.
