The ground floor is connected to the 1. floor only by outside steps. Very calm , pure and healthy place without rumors. Ground floor: kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Second floor: three bedrooms with a small toilette outside. Large Terracina outside. Parking Place. 10.000 Meters of Garden. Very quiet.

Very next to the sea side, about a distance of 12 km ca. The Beach of Vada, for example. The Centre of the village of Pomaia is ca 500 mt. to be arrived by 5 min. by feet. Very next to the buddist Centre Lama Tzong Khapa, too. (10 min. By feet). 1 hour to get to Pisa and 1,5 Hours to get to Florence.
