At this nature house you will experience the Veluwe at its best, with a little luck you will spot the red deer here on our own land. You have your own outside with a fireplace, wood is plenty. A lovely 4 person cottage in an old barn in our yard with its own kitchen, bathroom and upstairs a large sleeping loft with 4 beds. It is possible to use our breakfast service, we lovingly deliver a generous breakfast basket to your cottage for € 10.50 per person.

Kootwijk is surrounded by nature, at 500 meters walk you are in the middle of nature on the Kootwijkerzand, a breathtaking shifting sand area. The most beautiful walks start at the front door. The village is fenced to keep the wild boars outside the village, the red deer on the other hand come over the fence, our meadows are a permanent grazing place for these nocturnal visitors. You can cook for yourself in the cottage but nice restaurants are already within walking distance.
