Nature house in Butkovići

This nature house  is an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday in a peaceful location in Central Istria, but not too far from bigger tourist hot spots. This beautiful villa with a gorgeous 72m2 private pool was decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail to provide her guests a warm and welcoming atmosphere without compromising spaciousness and luxury. The villa can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 persons. One bedroom and the bright open concept living area with an elegant, fully equipped kitchen and dining area are located on the ground floor. From the living area you have direct access to the pool and garden. The other three bedrooms with en suite bathroom are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms features a lovely balcony with view over the pool area and surroundings where you can enjoy quiet summer evenings. For extra relaxation there are the indoor jacuzzi and fitness equipment on the lower ground floor while the attic with a sofabed.

The charming little hamlet of Butkovici offers the perfect opportunity to experience the gentle, relaxed pace of life that to this day is still typical for rural Istria. At only 14 km away, Svetvincenat is an appealing local town with an imposing medieval, stone castle at its heart and a good selection of amenities including a post office and a couple of restaurants. At also 14km away is Vodnjan - a charming town with visible Venetian influence in its many medieval houses and narrow winding streets full of shops and cafes. At around a 20 minute drive beautiful pebble beaches can be found to the north and south of Rovinj, the most romantic town in Istria and popular holiday destination and in Fazana, which has its own lovely harbour from where you can hire boats and water taxis to take you to the beautiful national park islands of Brioni.
