This room is located on the second floor of Villa Certano. It was inhabited in the 15th century by the famous painter Lorenzo di Pietro, known as Il Vecchietta. The apartment has been renovated in rustic Tuscan style, respecting tradition, softened by some elegant touches. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with bidet and toilet and separate shower. The house is equipped with everything you need: linens, cutlery, hair dryer, dish soap and bubble bath. In the kitchen you will find a bottle of our organic Chianti wine as a gift for choosing us.
Nature and surroundings
From the windows of Roseto you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Hermitage of Lecceto and the rolling Tuscan countryside, as well as the square of the ancient Romanesque church. At sunset the centuries-old cedars of Lebanon stand out against the colorful sky. The tranquility of the apartment and the proximity to Siena make Roseto the ideal destination for a relaxing and cultural vacation. You'll have access to most of the estate and can enjoy the grounds while sipping a glass of our organic Chianti wine. You can buy wine, olive oil and vinsanto produced in Certano by contacting the Front Desk. Or you can check out the La Buca delle Fate store near the Front Desk.
