Pentagonal construction constructed of natural materials (wood, lime, hemp). This nature house is Open and bright space, handicapped accessible. Good acoustic and sound insulation giving a very soft atmosphere. Pleasant in any season: large living room with large windows, with a view towards the Minerve valley and the Narbonne plain, central glass roof protected in summer, in winter underfloor heating with wood pellets. Terrace to the south with protection in summer. Self-build: I am an architect and builder.
Nature and surroundings
The house is surrounded by nature, 30 meters from the owner's house and 100 meters from the village of Vélieux. In a very wild and unspoiled nature, forests of holm oaks and garrigue, with many walks or bike rides. The house is located 450 meters above sea level, between the Haut Languedoc Park and the Minervois vineyards.
