This nature house is not only the perfect romantic nest for a couple, but equally suited for a small family with young children. Tucked away in the side of a hill, the villa is located on a large property directly facing a breathtaking view of Troulos bay and the islet of Troulos Nisi. Its spacious terrace invites you to dream the days away in the sun on comfortable sun beds watching the boats go by, or skip down a few steps to one of its two beaches just below. Here you will find the owners kayaks which he generously offers you to use. Watch the sun go down on the specially built sunset deck above the second small deserted beach. The interior of this little gem is tastefully decorated in warm colors and offers everything anyone would need. All its windows face the sea, letting in a gentle breeze and giving you a complete sense of peace. The owner and his wife are charming, warm hearted hosts, always happy to attend to your every need.

This family-owned spacious land of 5,500 m2 offers isolation and a very pleasant relationship with nature. The plot is home to many trees and vegetation and has direct access to 2 beaches. It is heady with the sort of potent healing vibe you just dont find in big hotels. Its heart-lifting views out to the sea and the breezy beach lifestyle, radiates a zen-like aura that will detox your mind and remove any negative and stressful feelings. In the evening enjoy the sunset and some breeze cocktails in the comfortable sun lounges on the sunset deck. Take a walk around the property and if you are lucky you might bump into the pheasant and the rabbit that inhabit the land!
