Within a 90-hectare estate surrounded by unspoiled nature, Il Castellaro Country House offers apartments of 60/70 sqm on one or more levels, with double bedroom, twin bedroom, one or two bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and large, functional kitchen. At the gates of Perugia, with easy access to the most beautiful villages of Umbria. In the villa's centuries-old park at the heart of the estate is the panoramic swimming pool. In the villa guests will find the reception and restaurant (any meals must be booked 2 days in advance).
Nature and surroundings
The apartments of Castellaro Country House are created from the expert renovation of two groups of farmhouses, are surrounded by the lush Umbrian nature, enjoy pleasant views of the countryside. Each apartment is unique and special, all offer a cozy living room/kitchen with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, some offer wood-burning fireplaces, some apartments are accessible to the disabled. All apartments have direct access to the garden, the houses that host them are surrounded by a pleasant garden equipped with chairs and tables for outdoor dining, available in common with the other apartments is a laundry room with free use of the washing machine. Guests will have at their disposal perfectly equipped apartments, daily cleaning with linen changed every three days.
