Nature house in Castana

The B&B is 6 kilometers from the A 21 exit of Stradella. We are also close to the Villa Fiorita rehabilitation clinic known throughout Italy. The house is a bit retro, where every object seems to tell its own story in which the past hovers mysteriously, and the memories of an era already lived in take center stage with evocative decorations and objects that recall the country atmosphere and its magical secrets. The hosts, Ornella and Maurizio, offer guests on arrival a welcome drink with local wine to help them relax after their journey. They provide towels, a small bottle of water, fruit in the room, free wi-fi service and parking. The property offers baby bed and high chair upon request.

The B&B is surrounded by nature and surrounded by vineyards, which are the main crop of the area. In fact, we are in Oltrepo' Pavese, an area renowned for wines throughout the world. Looking around, the green vineyards dominate and at harvest time there is the scent of grapes in the air. We are on the border between Lombardy and Emilia Romagna, and the area lends itself to visits and itineraries for every taste: from food and wine, to the history of the accordion with its museum, to visits to churches and castles, and to nature trails on foot or by bike.
