It includes double bedroom, spacious living room furnished to kitchen - living room with sofa bed, fireplace, large bathroom, veranda with pergola overlooking the garden, infinity pool. The nature house, nestled in the woods of the Metalliferous Hills, boasts a wonderful panorama that sweeps from the mountain through the hills that slope gently to the sea. The apartment's veranda and pool, overlooking this spectacle of nature, will give you the view of fantastic sunsets that color the varied landscape of our land, the Alta Maremma. At the back of the Casale, towers the king of the property, a centuries-old Turkey oak, a monumental tree under which you can relax in the cool of its majestic foliage. Relaxation and privacy will be guaranteed, because you will be the only guests of the property.
Nature and surroundings
Nature house is located within the Cornate and Fosini Nature Reserve, which offers a wealth of hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding trails, as well as the opportunity to observe and photograph protected animals and plants. Nearby is the small medieval village of Gerfalco, part of a UNESCO project and the site of the Festival of Violets, during which seminars and concerts related to ancient instruments are held. By car, you can reach in about half an hour the medieval town of Massa Marittima and the coast; in about an hour, the art cities of Siena, Florence, Pisa, many small villages, thermal sites, Etruscan archaeological sites, and natural parks. In addition, you can enjoy local specialties and products in the many small restaurants and wineries in the area. Possibility of e-bike, horse and car rental with driver.
