You will stay in a small farmhouse with very comfortable accommodation for all guests. The farmhouse in STONE , is located in a forest and overlooking the beautiful Tammaro Valley. The living room has a fireplace and the kitchenette, on the second floor there is a guest room both simply and authentically decorated. The room can accommodate two guests or comfortably sleep four, which of course is very nice for a group of friends or a family. There is one bathroom equipped with all amenities (bathroom is located on the room floor). The restaurant of the "Scuderie del Peschio" (200 mt) has a kitchen in which Rosaria cooks the most amazing meals.

When you leave the house and walk in the woods you can see the Matese mountain where you can find the perfect mix of nature, art and history. The first stop you can visit is a town at the foot of the Matese Mountains and the landscape is marked by the Tratturo Pescasseroli-Candela, where the ancient Saepinum Roman municipium (Altilia) is located. You will visit this archaeological site where you can find the most typical places of a Roman city: the theater, the forum, the basilica, the thermae, the wall belt with its entrance doors, the second stop will be the ruins of another, more ancient city: In Terravecchia it is possible to see the ruins of the megalithic defensive walls and the ancient entrance doors, including the striking "Postierla del Matese", from Terravecchia it is possible to reach Passo Crocella by a small road and through a mountain path it is possible to reach the plain of Campitello di Sepino.
