Nature house in Squinzano

This is a studio apartment of about 30 sq. m. distant 20 km from Brindisi and Lecce, lovely towns in Salento, and 9 km from the sea. The nearest towns, with their railway stations, are at a distance of 2km, namely San Pietro Vernotico and Squinzano.

The property is located in the middle of a small pine forest around which olive groves bordered by ancient dry stone walls extend. Being in the open countryside, it has no neighboring dwellings and therefore one can enjoy serene relaxation, cheered in summer, by birdsong and the screeching of cicadas. Its proximity to the capital cities and the beautiful sea coasts of both the Adriatic and Ionian seas make it an interesting stay both from a naturalistic and cultural point of view.
