Surrounded by greenery, less than 15 minutes from the center of St. Margaret's, the apartment is ideal for relaxing stays. Located on the second floor of a two-family house with beautiful sea views, it enjoys communal easements including parking space and courtyard equipped with barbecue. The driveway to the parking area is passable but not recommended for large cars such as SUVs and Pick-Ups. However, a second parking area is available 150 meters before the house.

The house is set in a property of more than 3 thousand square meters with terraced terraces and olive groves. Facing south, it enjoys a sunny location from dawn to dusk and is an ideal base for walks among typical Ligurian stairways and scenic trails.
