This villa is in a very quiet location, with large surrounding garden and private pool of 8X4 meters, with Roman steps and underwater lighting.The house is fully equipped and suitable for 6 people. Your pet is also welcome.INDELING of the nature house: Entrance with access to toilet. Living room: sofa, armchairs, coffee table, bookcase, furniture with television and Dutch satellite receiver, stereo tower, patio doors to the terrace. Dining area: table with 6 chairs. Open kitchen: 4-burner induction cooking, oven/microwave, hood, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils for 6 people. Bathroom: shower, bathtub and washbasin. 3 Bedrooms: 2 double beds of 1.40x2.00 and 2 single beds of 0.90x2.00 with bedside tables and lamps and cupboard space. The master bedroom has doors to the terrace. Garage with washer and dryer.
Nature and surroundings
The rural nature house is located at the foot of the Montagne Noir. An area of great natural beauty, where you can spend hours walking, cycling, picnicking, or swimming in the crystal clear streams and rivers that have carved their way between impressive cliffs. The ancient picturesque town of Minerve (the namesake of the Minervois wine region) is a must visit. On the other side of La Livinière stretches a wide valley through which runs the famous Canal du Midi, dug by order of Napoleon, with its many locks. You can rent a boat and maneuver through the locks. In Beziers, due to the huge difference in altitude, there are nine locks in a row; an ingenious work of water, very fun to watch!
