This rural house is a farmhouse located on a hill, isolated, with a magnificent view, of the hills of Tuscany and 'Umbria. The farmhouse is organically cultivated, arable crops such as wheat, corn, sunflower and alfalfa are grown. Part of the land is planted with walnut trees, then there are 200 olive trees. There is no noise and light pollution. In autumn there are wonderful sunsets; from the woods below you can see deer and wild boar coming over the meadows.The farmhouse is partially independent of the electricity supply because it produces electricity. Nature, peace & environment:The landlord was very hospitable; the location was very nice and so were the surrounding fields ( olive trees). We really enjoyed this beautiful, well cared for location.
