The property consists of a villa of about 150 sqm, arranged on two floors, and an dependance of about 30 sqm, on a plot of 4,000 sqm. It is located 100 meters from the beach of Turkomnima.Villa: 3 double bedrooms with 180x200 beds and 3 bathrooms with shower, heated towel rail and bidet. The nature house is fully furnished and completely new. Dependance: double bedroom with 180x200 beds (or two singles), living room with sofa and cooking area, bathroom with shower. All the rooms overlook the sea and the terraces. The living room is furnished with sofas and a dining table and faces a pergola equipped with a dining area and outdoor sofas. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, electric kettle and toaster. Excellent linen for bed and bath available on request. Perfect for a group of friends who like to share excursions, moments of conviviality and fun, while maintaining spaces of privacy. Possibility to book scooters or cars in advance.
Nature and surroundings
Rental cars are available on the island but most people use a scooter or move by foot. There is a small local bus available to reach other beaches.Lipsi island is a simple and authentic greek island with the right balance between past and present. The sunny day start down in harbor where everybody meet for coffee and continues in the beautiful beaches and bays with crystal clear sea. After a few days here you will know perfectly the island and its inhabitants.
