This nature house is a cozy, contemporary cottage for up to 10 people, with all the comforts for a satisfying vacation or a relaxing weekend trip. From the spacious and bright living room with wood stove you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and direct access to the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher and all cooking utensils are provided. With its 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house is perfectly suited for families with children, who can romp in the large, fully fenced garden or amuse themselves in the sitting area/play area upstairs with board games and the Nintendo Wii. For little ones, a cot, baby bath and high chair are available. Because of its quiet location in a cul-de-sac and on the edge of the forest, this house is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy all the beauty that the Ardennes have to offer.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation cottage is located in the north of the province of Luxembourg in Petit-Thier, a borough of Vielsalm, in the hamlet of Blanche-Fontaine. The nature house is located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of nature reserve "Fôret Domaniale du Grand Bois". A beautiful forest with plenty of opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. From the front door you can immediately join the signposted red walk, about 8 km long and ideal for discovering the forest and the nearby village of Petit-Thier. Those who enjoy cycling can follow the Vennbahn approximately 300 meters from the house; for the real sportsmen there is a tough stretch of Liege-Bastogne-Liege via Mont-le-Soie and Col de Wanne. In the region there is plenty to do: cozy restaurants, taste a local beer in one of the many local breweries, kayaking on the Ourthe, amusement park Plopsa Coo at 20 minutes drive ...
