The nature house is a spacious apartment in the former part of our house. The house was rebuilt in the 1970s on the plan of the carriage house that stood there before. In the other part of the house and the yoga studio next to it we live and work, and organize yoga, mindfulness courses and day retreats. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with sitting area and kitchen with large windows on two sides; a spacious bedroom with comfortable box springs and a luxury bathroom; a cozy conservatory overlooking the long wooded garden; a "private" part of the garden with seating.
Nature and surroundings
A place to unwind. Our center for mindfulness yoga and retreats is located in the IJssel Valley on the outskirts of Deventer. The IJssel valley is a great cycling and walking area in itself and borders the Veluwe and Salland each with its own routes and many recreational facilities. Deventer is 3 km away and the old center is always worth a visit. Various festivals such as Deventer on Stilts, Europe's largest book market in early August and the Dickens festival in December attract thousands of visitors. Apeldoorn and the Veluwe, including the Kroller Muller museum, offer beautiful combinations of nature and culture. But Zwolle and Zutphen also have many museums and a cozy center.
