This vacation home opened its doors in early 2020 to welcome you in the middle of the forest, in peace and luxury. Built in a cross shape, it has three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with gas fireplace, a modern equipped kitchen and a separate, cozy dining area for 12 people. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (two with balcony) and a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and two sinks. You will also find a separate toilet there. Responding to the natural slope, under this wooden construction there is another first floor, connected to the ground floor by a wide staircase. There you will find a relaxation area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and two separate sinks and a separate toilet. There is central heating throughout. Outside, on two levels, you have 4 terraces-2 covered, 2 open-with a view of the lower river. Next to the chalet is a spacious wood-fired sauna for 6 people.
Nature and surroundings
Rest in full nature, away from the hustle and bustle? Then this nature house is made for you: located on a plot of more than 1ha, in the middle of a forest and game rich environment, in a depth and overlooking the river Le Ferron. You have to pay attention but big game like wild boar, deer, fox and badger regularly pass by. As a peace and quiet seeker or nature lover, you can relax there or take a brisk walk in the surrounding woods via a recognized tourist trail. Can it be a little more? Put on your hiking boots and bring your backpack and you will spend several hours in the Hermeton valley. Located barely 15 km from Dinant and Hastière, you will find nice sights in the immediate vicinity: Hastière, with its Romanesque church and its caves, Freyr Castle, Jardins d'Annevoie, the Citadel. Or stroll in one of the most beautiful Walloon villages Sosoye, Soulme and Falaën. Sports enthusiasts can bike, rent a kayak and explore the Meuse or go rock climbing.
