New 2023 : Swimming pool / SPA / solarium ! Located in the heart of the forest, close to beaches, surf spots, golf courses and Hossegor, the 135 m2 villa is well-equipped and bright, designed to accommodate two couples + 4 children. The house offers numerous terraces where everyone can find a secluded spot, all overlooking the forest and a small pool/spa. Built with respect for the environment (terraces, light wood construction on stilts), we have made a point of using as many natural, recyclable materials as possible. It's a "passive" building, so it consumes very little energy. Its orientation, insulation and filters (adjustable slat blinds) make it very pleasant to live in, both in summer (without the need for air-conditioning) and in winter (with the central wood-burning stove). The grounds (>4000m2) can accommodate 2 or 3 cars without disturbing the peace and quiet of the house.
Nature and surroundings
Built entirely of wood, it sits atop a belvedere overlooking undergrowth and a stream, on a 4,000m2 plot planted with century-old oak trees and regularly visited by deer, wild boar and squirrels. The land is preserved in its natural state. From the house's suspended terraces (110m2), you'll have the impression of lunching and strolling at the top of the canopy. From the pool terrace, you can overlook the undergrowth and the stream. We've respected the free flow of the abundant springs, which has enabled us to create a lovely water garden made up exclusively of endemic species, a delight for dragonflies and frogs of all kinds. The few neighbors are extremely discreet and there are no close neighbours. Just outside the house, you'll find over 400 hectares of pine and oak forest in a protected natural zone, which you can explore on foot or by bike (cars are not allowed).
