Nature house in Dochamps

It is not a sanibroyeur but a rainwater pump for the toilets and is located in the technical storage room but indeed it is clearly audible. Water en elektriciteitsverbruik en gebruik van kachelhout zit niet in de huurprijs inbegrepen, wordt later verrekend. Ook vuilzakken moeten betaald worden.

''Bedankt voor jullie review en mooie score. De grote oven in de keuken is een combi-toestel, dus zowel mircogolf- als hete luchtoven. Het is geen sanibroyeur maar een regenwater pomp voor de WC’s en staat in de technische berging maar inderdaad deze is wel duidelijk hoorbaar. Het is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling dat er een vreemde wagen op de oprit komt staan om gebruik te maken van het oplaadpunt (en gebeurd normaal ook niet). Zoals aangegeven op de website wordt energie verrekend naar verbruik. Tellers worden genoteerd bij aankomst en steeds bereikbaar voor controle.''

Nice, neat house with large garden with play equipment for children and spacious covered (heated) terrace.
Quiet and beautiful surroundings, ideal for hiking and cycling. Stores are not in Dochamps, so shopping by car.
Slpks spacious enough, good beds. Well-equipped kitchen, just a pity that a microwave was missing. Even during the day, the living room is rather dark and a bit on the small side for 9 adults, but we were not bothered by that since we spent a lot of time sitting outside and there were only 6 of us. Minus point is the sanibroyeur against the wall of the downstairs bedroom. That makes a lot of noise and is really annoying at night. Charging point for the electric car is also used by other people, so there was unexpectedly a strange car parked in a parking lot of the house. Fortunately, this car did not stay long and we were not bothered by it (charging is done with a charging card and is therefore not on the account of the house).

Mooi, net huis met grote tuin met speeltoestel voor de kinderen en ruim overdekt (verwarmd) terras.
Rustige en mooie omgeving, ideaal voor wandelingen en fietstochten. Winkels zijn er niet in Dochamps, dus boodschappen doen met de auto.
Slpks ruim genoeg, goede bedden. Goed uitgeruste keuken, alleen jammer dat er een microgolfoven ontbrak.
Woonruimte is zelfs overdag redelijk donker en wat aan de kleine kant voor 9 volw pers., maar daar hadden we geen last van aangezien we veel buiten gezeten hebben en we maar met 6 pers waren.
Minpunt is de sanibroyeur die tegen de wand van de beneden-slpk staat. Die maakt erg veel lawaai en is 's nachts echt hinderlijk.
Oplaadpunt voor de elektrische auto wordt ook gebruikt door andere personen, dus er stond onverwachts een vreemde auto geparkeerd op een parkeerplaats van het huis. Gelukkig bleef deze auto niet lang staan en hadden we er verder geen last van (opladen gebeurt met oplaadkaart en komt dus niet op rekening van het huis).

Neat cottage, with really all the conveniences and luxuries. All very well maintained. Beautiful surroundings, good base for outings into nature!

Keurig huisje, met werkelijk alle gemakken en luxe. Allemaal zeer goed onderhouden. Prachtige omgeving, goede uitvalsbasis voor uitjes de natuur in!
