Nature house in Odemira

The house is situated on a 40-hectare plot. There are 3 lakes on the property, in the middle one you can swim a good 30 meters. The house consists of a basement room with table tennis table, which could also be used as a sports room, a first floor with living room, tiled stove, double bedroom with adjoining bathroom including shower and bathtub and an adjoining single room, as well as another room with bedroom. An intermediate room, which connects the first floor with the first floor, can also serve as a dining room or conference room. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom. The house itself is surrounded by terraces, except on the north side. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in a utility room. The house also has 2 outside showers.

The nearest village, where there is a petrol station, several restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket, is called Boavista dos Pinheiros and can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The most beautiful beaches of the Alentejo are a 30-minute drive from the house.
