The cabin is located in the middle of the almost untouched countryside in the midst of vineyards and organic olive trees.The cottage has 1 room with a large double bed et 1 room with a bunk bed, a bath-shower, a kitchen-living room furnished with everything you need with a sofa bed, a storage room and a hallway.The great thing is that only you go to live there and you can enjoy nature and the breathtaking view from 2 covered terraces et a third covered terrace in the garden with sunbeds etc.The house is well insulated against heat and cold and there are ceiling fans. Also there is dapperttutto an underfloor heating and a stove-fireplace in the eat-in kitchen.
Nature and surroundings
The small town of Petritoli is surrounded by many other medieval towns with a historic culture and is situated at an elevation of 300 m on a hill, giving a splendid view of the surrounding hills and the Sibillini Mountains on the horizon. From the village you can also see the sea. In the village there is everything: stores, pharmacy, bank, bars, taverns and restaurants.Our cottage is located one km from the village and is surrounded by fields, vineyards and olive groves.
