Nature house in Arcevia

The estate consists of the water mill and several historic buildings. Right next to the water mill is the miller's house. Recently renovated into a beautiful, spacious vacation home with contemporary design. This nature house of 110m2 consists of two floors. The entrance is on the side on the ground floor. You immediately enter the hall with breathtaking height and beautiful stucco with beams. Next to the hall on the ground floor is the modern (well-equipped) kitchen and the living room with a large dining table and a beautiful lounge sofa. Back in the hall, a wide staircase winds upstairs, where two beautiful double bedrooms have been created. The beds and mattresses are of high quality. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The nature house has its own large private terrace. And you can also use the large (natural) swimming pool with relaxation terrace. The owners live in another part of the mill.

The nature house is located in a lush valley of the Gola della Rossa Natural Park. Besides the pool, there are plenty of other play and discovery opportunities for young and old: for example, exploring ruins in the woods, playing soccer, table tennis, hiking or building campfires and grilling sausages. A pasta/cooking workshop with Maestra Francesca is also among the possibilities. Horse lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and beach lovers will find everything they need in the area. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can for example hire chef Giuseppe for a delicious BBQ or three course dinner.
