First Floor: This has entrances from the upper driveway, and access to the ground floor is external – either by 15 stone steps or round the house via gentle sloping driveway. 2 Large Double Bedrooms (each with a double bed and a wardrobe) 1 Separate Bathroom with wet-room style shower.

In an enchanting and private location surrounded by deciduous trees , L’ Antico Mulino is in a quiet and peaceful spot in the natural park of Mount Subasio at approx. 15 mins drive from the medieval town of Assisi , Unesco World Heritage site. The river on the property is really clean and in summer time you can take a refreshing dip in the natural pool by the waterfall.

Rosanne August 2, 2025 General rating:We stayed here for a week with our family with 3 children. The welcome by Laura was heartwarming and the house and the space around it are as beautiful as in the pictures. The waterfall you can reach via wide stone steps gives this place something magical. You can swim in it, the water is lovely and cold! We really enjoyed using the huge pizza oven in the garden where really delicious pizzas came out. Everything is fantastically well maintained and decorated with love and taste, both inside and outside. We really had a wonderful week here!!!
We verbleven hier een week met ons gezin met 3 kinderen. Het welkom door Laura was hartverwarmend en het huis en de ruimte er omheen zijn zo mooi als op de foto's. De waterval waar je via een brede stenen trap naartoe kunt geeft deze plek iets magisch. Je kunt erbij zwemmen, het water is heerlijk koud!
We hebben met veel plezier gebruik gemaakt van de enorme pizza oven in de tuin waar daadwerkelijk heerlijke pizza's uit kwamen. Alles is fantastisch verzorgd en met heel veel liefde en smaak ingericht, zowel binnen als buiten. We hebben hier echt een heerlijke week gehad!!Nature, peace & environment:Here you have absolute peace and privacy.
