    What a wonderful spot surrounded by nature, and just 15 minutes from Assisi. It’s a great base for exploring the area, and it’s so nice to come home to this peaceful retreat in the middle of the woods. Plenty of space, a private swimming area with a waterfall, and lots of history. Truly an idyllic spot.

    Peaceful, secure and a great place for a family stay. Easy to get to and convenient. Lovely location and exactly what we wanted with access to water and places to sit and read outside.

Plenty of space to site and relax, whether that be in the sun, shade or with feet in the water. The house itself is really cool and an oasis if the outside temperature is a bit warm. Refreshing dips in the surrounding pools and Assisi is a beautiful place to visit and see at all times of the day.
