The vacation estate, completely renovated in 2010, is tucked away in a quiet area in the Poitou-Charente. The beautiful country house situated on a private property of 1.5 hectares is equipped with all comforts. Kitchen and living room are spacious (both 50m²) - TV Flanders - second floor has 3 bedrooms with double bed ( 2x 1m60, 1x 1m80), one of which ( 1m60) is connected to a children's room with bunk beds (possible 3rd child), bathroom with shower and bath, WC, ... . The nature house has a private heated swimming pool that is completely protected by a hedge of roses and all kinds of flowers and shrubs. Next to the pool are a petanque court and a pool house (50m²) with shower&WC + sleeping cottage with double and bunk beds. The vacation home on 1.5 acres has beautiful flower gardens. It is located amidst a quiet, rural setting among fields and forests with complete privacy with no immediate neighbors.
