You enter on the ground floor where you will find a large entrance and toilet. Here is room for bicycles, luggage etc... On the second floor is the living room with open kitchen and lounge. If you open the door, you will enter the private terrace with garden chairs and table. If you go up the outside stairs you come into the garden. If you go up another flight of stairs you come into the herb garden, which you can use of course. As you can see, climbing stairs is inevitable, but the house is on a slope which gives a beautiful view, and lots of sunshine. Going back to the living room, you can go up the stairs to the upper floor with the round window, the double bed, the bathroom with shower and toilet.
Nature and surroundings
You enter a silence area, a region with little habitation and lots of nature, forests, but also meadows and fields. The ideal place for walking and cycling. Enjoy the peace, the relaxation and the French countryside. Also know that you do not have internet and phone connection everywhere on your walks. A baker comes into the village around 7:30am. The cottage is a former goat stable, located in a typical Lorraine village, completely renovated while maintaining all the characteristics. On the street there is only local traffic and therefore very quiet. Parking is available right in front of the door.
