Cozy vacation home for a family (4 people) This charming vacation home is suitable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children and is located on the farm grounds. With a total area of 45 m², the former barn has been converted into a comfortable and cozy vacation home. The cottage is situated on the sunny side of a hill and offers a beautiful view of the valley and the pond. From the cozy sitting area with a wood stove, you can step right out onto the patio through the door. Here, you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, surrounded by comfortable patio furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: cookware, dishes, and silverware, four electric burners, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, a blender, and a toaster. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds. The loft sleeping area has two more single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and comfortable underfloor heating. Sauna available.

Experience the unique atmosphere of a small farm in southern Norway. The farm grounds cover 69 hectares, of which 4 hectares are cultivated land and 65 hectares are forest. We, Christina and Jan Sverre, both speak Dutch, Norwegian, and English. We only have a few chickens and cats left. It’s a beautiful area, surrounded by forests and lakes. Birdwatchers will find many species to observe. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking. Two hiking trails have been marked out in our own forest, offering beautiful views of the farm. Nearby, within walking distance, is Lake Løland, where you can enjoy swimming and fishing in the clear water. Rowing boat. For groceries, you can visit the charming town of Flekkefjord, 14 km away.
