Design property with an open view of the Valle d'Itria where the so-called trulli stand. Divided into an old small house separate from the larger one. Designed by the Belgian architect Gilles Therer. Private pool 14 meters long. Vineyard and olive trees on the property. Private parking. Larger part has an open character but space for many people. The house consists of a main part with room for 4 to 6 people and 2 bathrooms. There is also a separate cottage suitable for 2 people with private bathroom. Total suitable for up to 6 to 8 people. Located in the Valle d'Itria known for its Trulli, olive trees and wines. Sea nearby.
Nature and surroundings
With 1.5 Ha of private land with 80 olive trees and a vineyard, fruit trees. On our land there are 3 trulli that are Unesco protected. The area is known for its ;muretti a secco (stone walls) that surround all the small country roads. Close to the sea (15 minutes) and 2 km from the charming town of Cisternino.
