Villa  is on one floor with a large panoramic veranda covered on three sides. It is accessed from the transformable living room with two sofa beds, a central dining area and a corner kitchen communicating with the double bedroom and the bathroom with a shower cabin. The bedroom with a French double bed is equipped with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. All the rooms communicate outside with the covered veranda with sink, gas stove, tables and chairs. From the veranda private access to the common outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wood-burning oven, gas stove and sink. Casa  is structured on one floor with its own private veranda. At the entrance living area with kitchenette communicating with the bathroom with glass shower cabin. Sleeping area with two matching single beds, wardrobe with drawers, luggage table and bedside table. Large panoramic window. The private residence is a welcoming property with several independent houses for your beach holidays. A panoramic health route that starts from the inhabited complex and crosses the PRIVATE PARK OF OLIVES AND ALMONDS, allows our guests a 15-20 minute walk UNTIL THE SEA. The health route to the sea and the access reserved for a private NATURAL COAST are ideal for a swim in the crystal clear waters or for snorkeling. Large open spaces for children.
