This rural house is a large villa divided into three independent apartments each with bathroom and two bedrooms kitchen and living room with fireplace, the apartments Alba and Tramonto on the second floor have a panoramic loggia and an independent entrance and an outbuilding with bathroom and kitchen directly on the lawn by the pool, in a panoramic position overlooking the lakes of Chiusi and Montepulciano oasis wwf. There is a barbeque and an antique wood-burning oven.The property is surrounded by 11 ha of cultivated land and an olive grove , the location of the pool gives memorable sunsets. The central location of the villa , located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany allows you to comfortably visit Montepulciano , famous for its red wine , Pienza , Cortona , Castiglione del lago , Cetona Assisi Orvieto , Citta dellaPieve , Siena , Perugia , and Florence and all the val d'Orcia . The thermal baths of San Casciano bagni and Rapolano , all these medieval villages and 'can be reached with a half hour drive
Nature and surroundings
The house is situated in a quiet location overlooking two lakes , the surrounding land is planted with wheat and sunflowers , olive grove with 300 trees and a small pond with a forest , complete the property.
