Nature house in Fabbrica

The nature house is on two floors; on the ground floor there is a large living area with a fireplace and kitchenette, separated by a sliding door by a sofa bed for two. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine. There is also a dishwasher and TV. On the upper floor large double bedroom ,with walk-in closet, an armchair bed,the bathroom with walk-in shower ; well furnished, with antique furniture, has terracotta floors and beams on the ceilings, like typical Tuscan houses.; independent on three sides, surrounded by two small well-kept gardens, equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue; a very quiet place, suitable for family vacations or romantic getaways. The view of the hills is wonderful, nearby there are many good restaurants where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine and savor the local wines; suitable for those who want to vacation away from noise and confusion. The Borgo stretches lengthwise along a slope, the dwellings are about twenty, the resident inhabitants about ten.

The 'ancient village of Fabbrica dates back to the Middle Ages, as does the small Church located there,from the Xi century ; a small, quiet, typically Tuscan village of only 20 houses, recently restored, nestled in the woods, 450 meters above sea level, ideal for relaxing vacations, walks in the chestnut woods on marked trails, and is an excellent base for visiting the art cities of Tuscany: Pistoia , a delightful medieval city full of atmosphere is only 7 km , Florence with its sumptuous Renaissance palaces is 30 km, Pisa with its leaning tower is 60, Siena, a splendid medieval city rich in history is 80, Lucca with its inviolate walls is 40 km. The beautiful beaches of Versilia can be reached in less than an;hour. Just 15 kilometers away is the famous spa town of Montecatini, with golf courses and horseback riding.
