Vacation House is a detached apartment located within a mid-1700s villa, situated in an extremely panoramic location and at an altitude of 880 meters above sea level. Privacy is only one of its features. In fact, it has a separate entrance, parking space inside the property, private bathroom and large panoramic terrace for exclusive use. The villa is surrounded by about 12,000 square meters of fully fenced land.

The structure is entirely built with thick lava stone walls, which provide excellent thermal insulation even in summer, with cool and pleasant interior temperatures. Facilitated access allows you to arrive with your own vehicle a few meters from the front door, making unloading and loading of luggage very easy and effortless. Its location is ideal, as it provides large green spaces, silence and quiet, and is only a ten-minute walk from the main square. It is also an excellent base for both hiking and biking excursions and is only 20 minutes from the ski slopes and 30 minutes from the beaches of Catania.
