This rural home is one of four units in a renovated old farmhouse that now operates as a bed-and-breakfast. With 90 square meters of space on a single floor, it can comfortably accommodate a family of six, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious dining-living room with a well-equipped kitchen, and two furnished patios. In the summer, air conditioning is available upon request for €8 per day. You’ll be surrounded by a stunning natural landscape, featuring olive and fruit trees, oak forests, sunflowers, rolling farmland, and a relaxing panoramic pool. ...and in no time at all, you can reach Perugia, Todi, Lake Trasimeno, Montefalco, Assisi, and much more. You’re also welcome to use our two e-bikes.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the heart of an organic farm, where grains and olive oil are produced, and 100% of the electricity comes from TÜV-certified renewable sources and an 18-kWp solar array equipped with a charging station. A large 5,000-square-meter garden surrounds the farmhouse, featuring a natural lawn, plenty of flowers for every season, aromatic herb bushes for use in the kitchen, plenty of trees to provide shade and swing in hammocks, a vegetable garden and a family orchard where you can pick fresh vegetables and seasonal fruit, and plenty of open space all around, blending seamlessly with the 20-hectare cultivated fields—all of which is available to our guests. From June through September, you’ll have access to a beautiful swimming pool in a scenic location, overlooking valleys and small medieval villages. Given the location, a car is necessary to fully enjoy the area; you can easily rent one at your arrival airport.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund

- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
