This two-bedroom vacation home, which sleeps 4 people, is located in a historic village renowned for its two castles—one medieval and one Renaissance—and, above all, its lake in the Périgord region of the Dordogne Valley, between Bergerac and Sarlat. Just 3.5 km away, you’ll find small shops, two bakeries, bars, restaurants, a farmers’ market, and a grocery store.The village, steeped in history (13th–17th centuries), is built with sun-drenched stone houses overlooking the small Couze River, which once provided hydraulic power to numerous paper mills. The village house and its large garden are located on a small street—a simple local thoroughfare—on the village’s hillside, ensuring peace and quiet.
