Nature house in Driewegen

A delightful stay. It is beautiful cycling through South Beveland.

Een heerlijk verblijf. Het is prachtig fietsen door Zuid-Beveland.

It is very quiet, is surrounded by tall trees, overlooks the large garden. Lots of birds. The cottage is furnished with great care and attention.

Het is er heel rustig, ligt omringd door hoge bomen, kijkt uit op de grote tuin. Veel vogels. Het huisje is met veel zorg en aandacht ingericht.

Never experienced such a green setting of a Nature House! Lots of green space with lots of birds and a deer.

Nog nooit zo’n groene setting van een Natuurhuisje meegemaakt!
Heel veel groene ruimte met veel vogels en een ree.

We enjoyed the nice cottage It is more spacious than you would expect from the pictures and really everything you could need is there. Lots of kitchen utensils, even spices in stock. Good crockery and there really is plenty of everything. The living room is cozy and it is lovely to sit at the table and look out into the garden. The birds fly off and on and in the morning it is blissful to wake up to the sound of the birds. The bed is good, good blackout curtains, the lighting is good everywhere. The only downside is that the bathroom with toilet is small and there is no sink. This was solved by placing a mirror and shelf right outside the bathroom. I had read about it and didn't think it was a problem. You are also so used to it and the shower itself is fine. Our bikes could be inside. The owners are very nice, we were given a nice welcome and they are very flexible and fun to chat with. ;-). We will definitely come back!

We hebben genoten van het leuke huisje Het is ruimer dan je op de foto's zou verwachten en werkelijk alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben is er. Heel veel keukengerei, zelfs kruiden op voorraad. Goed servies en er is echt genoeg van alles. De woonkamer is knus en het is heerlijk om aan tafel te zitten en de tuin in te kijken. De vogeltjes vliegen af en aan en 's morgens is het zalig wakker worden met het geluid van de vogeltjes. Het bed is goed, goede verduisterende gordijnen, de verlichting is overal goed. Het enige mindere puntje is dat de badkamer met wc klein is en er geen wastafel aanwezig is. Dit is opgelost door een spiegel en plankje meteen buiten de badkamer te plaatsen. Ik had het gelezen en vond het geen probleem. Je bent er ook zo aan gewend en de douche zelf is prima. Onze fietsen konden binnen staan. De eigenaren zijn heel erg aardig, we werden fijn welkom geheten en ze zijn heel flexibel en gezellig om mee te kletsen. ;-). We komen zeker terug!

What a nice cottage with lots of greenery all around. The place is wonderfully quiet, while you are also very quickly in civilization. It exceeded my expectations. This part of Zeeland (the pocket of South Beveland) is still quiet and it is (with good weather) blissful to cycle on the flower dikes. You can cycle endlessly.

Wat een fijn huisje met heel veel groen rondom. De plek is heerlijk rustig, terwijl je ook heel snel in de bewoonde wereld bent. Het overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Dit deel van Zeeland (de zak van Zuid-Beveland) is nog heerlijk rustig en het is (met mooi weer) zalig om over de bloemendijken te fietsen. Je kunt eindeloos blijven fietsen.
