Deer, hares, ducks, geese, and a cow that had just calved in the pasture. We cycled through many Frisian towns in this southwestern corner of Friesland and enjoyed the outdoor cafes. Hindelopen, Stavoren, Makkum, Workum, Balk, Sloten, IJlst, Sneek. The Jopie Huisman Museum in Workum is worth a visit.

Muggen waren er af en toe in overvloed dus was de klamboe een prima uitkomst en die hangt er dus ook niet voor niks. Romdom plek om in en uit de zon te zitten. Reeen, hazen, eenden, ganzen, een koe die net in de wei gekalfd heeft. Veel Friese steden in deze zuidwesthoek van Friesland met de fiets doorkruist en van terrasjes genoten. Hindelopen, Stavoren, Makkum, Workum, Balk, Sloten, IJlst, Sneek. Het Jopie Huisman museum in Workum een bezoek waard.
