The cottage is located in the grounds of a Château. The grounds of this nature house are 9ha with a beautiful park, a swimming pool , a small river, and plenty of privacy. The cottage has a private entrance, two floors, and WIFI everywhere. On the ground floor is the first of the two living rooms, a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor you will also find the washing machine. On the second floor is the second living room, with kitchen and dining area overlooking the park. In addition, on the second floor you will find the second and third bedrooms with double beds, and the fourth bedroom with twin beds. On the second floor there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living rooms are equipped with TV (1 with Dutch, English and French channels).
Nature and surroundings
You can hear the owls at night. It is quiet there. However, you can do a lot of activities in the area, even with children. About 1 km from the cottage is the village of Bussière-Galant where there is a landscaped playground with a large lake for swimming and pedal boats. In addition, you can play mini-golf, and there is the Velo-Rail (pedal bikes on an old train track with a length of 6 km). In the immediate vicinity there is ample opportunity for horseback riding, golf, mountain biking, or go-karting, for example. The gite is located near the castles route of crusader Richard of the Lionheart: Nexon, Cussac-Bonaval and about 30 minutes Saint Leonard de Noblat and Segur le Chateau. Other beautiful places in the area that are definitely worth visiting include the porcelain and university city of Limoges ( 37km), the large Wednesday morning market in Piegut, the romantic Perigueux (60 km), the cozy Brantome (40km)
