Nature house in Pola de Somiedo

It is a house restored with traditional materials, wood and stone, located in a glacial valley, surrounded by nature and tranquility, with garden area overlooking the mountains and 3 separate apartments, plus a large common dining room and another room for meetings. Each apartment consists of living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, fully equipped. Each apartment can be rented separately, for 2 people, or the whole house for 6 people. The house is only 3 km from Pola de Somiedo, where you can find all the services, stores, restaurants, museums, swimming pool, bank...

Next to the house there is a centenary beech forest which is part of a perfect route to disconnect from the world and connect with nature. Somiedo is the first Natural Park of Asturias and World Biosphere Reserve, a privileged place of Biodiversity where the Cantabrian brown bear population has recovered. We are accredited with the Cets, in the Natura 2000 Network, in addition to LIC and Zepa area. In the house we make a sustainable use of resources, recycling plastics, glass and paper, and a rational use of water, in addition to reusing the oil used to make soaps. We also have an orchard, fruit trees and wild fruits to offer natural and km0 breakfasts. We show the many natural and ethnographic values, as well as the Park's regulations, in addition to collaborating with associations and groups of researchers working in Somiedo: biologists, naturalists, speleologists, mycologists, etc.. Always collaborating in the dissemination of the great values of this territory.
