Nature house in Sainte Alvère

An apartment with balcony comprising: a large bed-sitting room in a traditional Perigourdine farmhouse with ensuite bathroom. All bedding and towels included. Breakfast in the farmhouse kitchen is an optional extra (8 Eu). This first-floor bedroom has a king-size bed with dual control electric blanket and a large sofa bed suitable for one other person of any age. There is a separate hall and fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen opens onto a partially shaded balcony (15m2,) situated under an ancient lime tree. The balcony has its own table and chairs and a bbq is available.

The nature house is set in two acres of maintained gardens, local trees, and fields. There are many beautiful walks in the area. On the property we have walnut, hazelnut, cherry, lime, plum, pear, apple, fig, and fir trees. There is also an abundance of wildlife including birds, deer, hares etc. There are three terraces, loungers, and comfortable chairs available.
