The nature house is located on a green hill in the beautiful Tuscan countryside and has a wonderful view. An ideal place for a quiet vacation surrounded by nature and close to the culture and festivals of Tuscany. On the property there are two houses, they are detached, set against the forest edge and surrounded by organic olive trees. One is a farmhouse, the other was a stable with hay barn. Both were extensively renovated in 2010 with respect for the original style. Electricity comes from solar panels. Rainwater is collected and reused. The swimming pool is maintained in an environmentally friendly way. The houses belong to two Dutch sisters and their partners. The nature house sleeps six, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a swimming pool, shared by both houses, also with a beautiful view.
Nature and surroundings
The area is very suitable for culture and nature lovers. The house is at the end of a path, there is no traffic. Therefore, it is wonderfully quiet. You can hear the sound of the owl in the evening, sometimes the deer during the day. It is also an excellent area for birdwatchers. The city of Lucca with its medieval walls (still completely intact) is 18 km. The coast is a 45-minute drive away.
