We have two apartments located within the large manor house. The two apartments are located on the same floor (one opposite the other) with independent entrances. This nature house is accessed by a direct iron staircase to the parking lot.East apartment: consists of 3 rooms each with two beds, a kitchen and in bathroom.West apartment: consists of 3 rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen
Nature and surroundings
The property consists of three separate properties: manor house or villa , peasant house or white house, granary. All surrounded by still quite wild and unspoiled nature. The place near the provincial road has little traffic. The nearest village is 7km away (Castellina Marittima). The property does not have a swimming pool, the sea is 20km away. From here you can reach the towns of the upper Valdera as well as Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Lucca and Pisa.
