The main apartment is located on the upper floor: in the living area, after the hallway, there is the kitchen and a large living room enlivened by the presence of a large fireplace in typical rural Tuscan style; in the sleeping area there are two bedrooms, sleeping 4 and sleeping 2, and a bathroom with tub/shower. The ground floor includes the large one-room tavern (with entrance from the lawn, on the opposite side) equipped with kitchenette and fully equipped kitchen, living room, small hearth, a double sofa bed and toilet complete with shower.

Nestled in a forest of fir trees, from its position "La Ginestra" dominates the valley and the view sweeps from the nearby Lake Trasimeno to Mount Cetona and Mount Amiata - Val d'Orcia. In a quiet and isolated location allows you to live in contact with nature without doing without all the comforts.
