The house is a farmhouse located on a hill, completely isolated, with a magnificent view, the hills of Tuscany, and 'Umbria, the villages of Chiusi and Montepulciano.
Nature and surroundings
The farm is organically cultivated, arable crops such as wheat, corn, sunflower and alfalfa are grown. Part of the land is planted with walnut trees, then there are 200 olive trees. There is no noise and light pollution, in summer there is a wonderful view of the Milky Way. In autumn there are wonderful sunsets; from the woods below you can see deer and wild boar coming over the meadows. The farmhouse is partially independent of electricity supply because it produces electricity with solar panels.
