This house is an 'ancient structure dating back to 1300. is located in the countryside near Florence, about 4 km. from Piazza del Duomo, was a Monastery of Poor Clare nuns until 1600, when it was abandoned because it was in ruins. It was then used as a farmhouse and farm during the Grand Duchy of Tuscany, and remained such a home until the 'purchase and restoration by artist Milo Melani about 50 years ago, and here he lived for the rest of his life. Inside are preserved his works.
