Nature house in il monasteraccio

This house is an 'ancient structure dating back to 1300. is located in the countryside near Florence, about 4 km. from Piazza del Duomo, was a Monastery of Poor Clare nuns until 1600, when it was abandoned because it was in ruins. It was then used as a farmhouse and farm during the Grand Duchy of Tuscany, and remained such a home until the 'purchase and restoration by artist Milo Melani about 50 years ago, and here he lived for the rest of his life. Inside are preserved his works.

This house is located in a landscape constrained area, in the surrounding countryside there are olive groves and fruit and vegetable crops. In this area wild animals are very present, wild boars, deer, porcupines, foxes, deer and others.
