This is a fully furnished stone house located in the small village of Finiki (between Methoni and Finikunda) at the top of a hill. It is a (hand)-built stone house, according to the traditional method. The decoration of the house is inspired by the ancient houses and monasteries of Messinia and Laconia and includes old and unique furniture pieces and art. And of course, sunshine! Finiki is a village between Methoni and Foinikounda in the Messenia region. During your stay, you can visit the impressive 13th-century castle of Methoni, one of the largest and well-preserved castles in the Mediterranean, or just enjoy the sun at a traditional taverna while eating fresh fish and drinking ouzo by the sea in Foinikounda (in between swimming and sunbathing at the many different crystal-clear beaches). For the most adventurous guests, there is a hiking day on Sapientza Island (the island with the lighthouse that you can see from here). Or you can just enjoy the clear peaceful view from the house.
