The location is perfect for leisurely cycling or hiking trips in the surrounding area (Ijssel, Veluwe) as well as visiting the cities of Deventer and Zutphen, and Amsterdam is only an hour's drive away. Deventer and Gorssel offer plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities, and the thermal baths in Bussloo are not far away and well worth a visit.
