This is the ideal place to relax in a quiet environment with a pleasant, large (more than 4,000 m2), fenced garden, well maintained, with barbecue, table tennis, private parking on site and a swimming pool (10x5 meters) located among olive groves. Our guests can also pick some fruits and vegetables from the fruit trees in the garden and from our small vegetable garden. The location is ideal for those who like walking.

We are in Martignana, a small village between Empoli and Montespertoli and within easy reach of the main roads, making it easy for guests to get to the many artistic and cultural sites in Tuscany.
