Nature house in Stari Grad

The cottage is a three double bedroom detached house with a swimming pool and a lovely and varied garden. It is situated in Vela Rudina village, just two kilometers away from Stari Grad, on the island of Hvar. The exterior of the property consists of a terrace, a courtyard with outdoor seating, a pool with the a deck, a large garden and outside fire place / bbq. The interior of the house consists of a kitchen with dining area and living room, a bathroom and one of the bedrooms. An exterior staircase leads up on first floor where there are two bedrooms and a toilet. The size of the pool is 6.3m x 4.5m, and it is tiled with Sukabumi stone. There is air-conditioning in all indoor spaces.

Sustainability is our goal, and we have a water tank for collecting rain water, which is used for watering the garden. There is a bio-waste collector in the garden for compost production. The property is perfect for those who seek to be connected with nature and to fully absorb the energy of plants, and the sun and stars. It's been soul rejuvenating for many who have stayed with us.
