Nature house in Zminj

Traditional style, Istrian house, made with natural materials (stone, wood, lime...). Very comfortable and rustic. Big green garden all around, outside pool, lounges, barbecue... Property has one separate house and two apartments (ground floor-app1, first floor-app2) in other house. We are a local family who started renovating and renting this house in 2005. Creativity and ecologicaly based materials was our goal when renovating. We reused all old materials and furniture, walls are painted with hand-made lime pigmented with natural dyes. Inside are only the appliances modern and plastic, all other furnishing is made from wood or stone. Outside is a big garden with local herbs and plants. We like local, rustic houses where you can enjoy peace and quiet, and we try to make our house be like that-relaxing and natural.

Located in centre of Istria. You have your own quiet village to enjoy and all other events, shops, restaurants, beaches... are at same distance where ever you go (cca 30 km).
